Atha Returns & Exchanges

At Atha, we pour heart and artistry into every product - and we want you to fall in love with yours.
If, for any reason, it isn’t quite what you expected, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for store credit.
Your store credit will be valid for 180 days, giving you plenty of time to find something you truly adore.

Please note:

  • Returns are accepted only after approval by our team.

  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging - including all boxes, tags, and pouches.

  • If purchased as part of a set, the full set must be returned together.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We’re unable to process returns if:

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • The item was purchased on sale, via store credit, or received as a gift.

  • The return is sent back without prior approval.

Atha reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, for a small ₹100 shipping fee (covering pickup and redelivery).

Your exchange product must be:

  • Unworn and in perfect condition, and

  • Returned with all original packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange will be processed swiftly.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipping, after shipping orders can't be cancelled - we appreciate your understanding and careful review before placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take the utmost care to ensure your order reaches you safely.
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery.

💡 Tip: We recommend recording an unboxing video  - it helps us resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
